How does one hold onto moments?
How does one hold onto moments?
In a blink an eye, you have turned out to be a toddler. Was it not yesterday when I first held you? How tiny you felt and how terrified I was to think that I was supposed to help you grow-up! In these two precious years though, I think I have learnt that you came into my world to help me grow up.
Your babbles fill my world. I have found love afresh all again. And as much as I want to see you pick up everything - words, songs and sentences, one part of me desperately wants to hold on to these moments that dont return.
The moment that you first sang " I laave you". And the one that you threw your first tantrum. Those moments that light up your face when I you see me at the door or when I blow some bubbles for you.
How I wish I could freeze them somewhere! And perhaps that's what I am doing here right now!
